Terms of Sales
- The minimum order is $75 before taxes.
- Orders received before 2pm ET will be shipped out that same day; orders after 2pm ET will be shipped the following business day.
- Freight charges are $10 for ground shipping.
- Transit time to Atlantic Provinces is approximately 2 business days;
- 1-2 business days within Quebec and Ontario;
- 3-4 business days to the Prairies;
- 4-6 business days to British-Columbia;
- And 4-6 business days to most destinations to the USA (subject to release from Customs)
- Any order above $250 (before taxes) will qualify for FREE ground shipping.
- You can request AIR shipping for delivery the following business day. Extra freight charges will apply and will be based on the weight and number of boxes of your order.
Billing and Payment
- A copy of the invoice will be sent with your order unless you request a copy by email.
- A pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card when your order is placed. The pre-authorization will be for the total amount of your order. The final payment will be processed once the order is shipped and will only include the items that are available and that have shipped. Any back orders will not be charged at that time. The payment will include all applicable taxes and shipping charges.
- The pre-authorized amount will remain on your credit card for 1-2 business days but will then be adjusted to the final amount charged by the credit card company.
- We accept payment via Visa or Master Card and for accounts that are set up with payment terms, we also accept payment via check or electronic transfer. By providing your credit card information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us, and out third party payment processing, to pre-authorize the invoice amount and charge your credit card and all applicable taxes when your order has been shipped.
- Payment terms of Net 30 days can be requested after three months of ordering products. A credit application will be required.
- If a product is on back order, you will not be charged for the product(s). When the product is back in stock, we will send you an email or call you to confirm whether you would still like to purchase the product. The shipping charges will be included at No Charge and you can add any additional items that you might need.
- Should you receive a damaged product, please send us an email with the following information: the product name, the nature of the damage, , the lot number and expiry date of the product in question and a picture of the damaged product(s). We may ask you to return the bottle(s) for testing (return shipping costs covered by Vitazan). A full credit will be issued for the bottle(s) in question which can then be applied against future orders/payments.
- Please read all cautions and warnings, contraindications, interactions, and adverse events on product labels.
- We do not issue credits for adverse reactions; however exceptions may apply.
- Should a client require hospitalization from an adverse reaction, please let us know as we are required to advise Health Canada.
- Products cannot be returned for credit without prior written authorization from our Customer Service Department which handles all requests for returns. No items will be accepted 120 days or more after the initial shipment date. All shipping costs will be covered by Vitazan Professional, and a credit will be issued if the product is not expired or opened.
- In case of an error in invoicing, please notify us within 10 business days receipt of the invoice. Any necessary adjustments will be made at that time.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- No public internet sales/pricing of Vitazan Professional products
- Respect the manufacturer’s minimum suggested retail price
- When placing your order, please provide product codes and descriptions to facilitate processing orders quickly and accurately. Please make sure to use updates codes and descriptions from the most recent price list or catalogue.
