Modified citrus pectin (MCP) is a complex polysaccharide sourced from the soluble fibre of lemon peel. It has a low molecular weight and size, which allows it to pass through the intestinal brush border into the bloodstream for better absorption. Once within the circulatory system, it gains exposure to every tissue and organ system within the body to exert its gentle detoxifying action. It selectively binds to accumulated toxins, such as arsenic and harmful metals including lead and cadmium, for safe and effective urinary excretion. This form of elimination does not alter the kidney’s critical task of mineral retention for calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, or selenium.
Adults ≥ 18 years: Take 1 scoop three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Put one 5 g scoop of Modified Citrus Pectin into a glass. Add liquid (water, juice, or tea). Do not stir yet: Let sit 3–5 minutes to allow the powder to rehydrate. Stir contents until powder is dissolved.
