Suggested Use
Adults: Take 4 capsules twice daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Duration of use: For occasional use only. Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, diabetes, acute infection, hypertension, cardiac problems, an autoimmune disorder, a progressive systemic disease (such as tuberculosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection); if you suffer from cancer or asthma; or if you are taking immunosuppressants, antidepressant medications, blood thinners, or digoxin. Use with caution in conjunction with products containing caffeine.
Contraindications: For adult use only. Do not use if you pregnant, breast-feeding, trying to conceive; or are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, aspirin, codeine, aminobarbital, methadone, oxycodone, anticoagulants, stimulant laxatives, or medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, a kidney or cardiovascular disorder, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Do not use if you have hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiaceae family.
Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience swelling, burning, gastrointestinal upset (diarrhea, cramps, nausea, vomiting), dizziness, insomnia, anxiety, increased heart rate, arrhythmia, tremors, or headaches; in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
