Suggested Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product at least 2 hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
Cautions and warnings:
Cautions and warnings: Do not take additional vanadyl sulfate without consulting a health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures; if you are taking protease inhibitors; if you have diabetes; if you have a kidney disorder; if you have intestinal disorders, or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever; or if you are taking any heart medication. May cause gastrointestinal disturbances (diarrhea); consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you see signs of decreased fluid and food uptake, dehydration, or reduced body-weight gain. Do not use if you have liver or gall-bladder disorders, bowel obstructions, or alcoholism; if you are taking acetaminophen; if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, or vitamin E) as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding; if you are hypersensitive or allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam; if you have acid reflux, or stomach or intestinal ulcers; or if you or your partner are attempting to conceive. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner in case of
feeling of anxiety, sweating, paleness, chills, tremor, headache, dizziness, nausea, or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. May cause irritation of the gastric mucous membranes and reflux. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience persistent abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, or diarrhea.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
